Labs Resources

ICT Resource Centre

Our college is having up-to-date computer facilities. The college has installed 40 computers in the computer laboratory having LAN/WAN facilities. The ratio of the Computer is to the students is 1:7. The computer laboratory is having one Server, P-IV and all the 40 computers are with 15” led monitor and of Dual Core type configuration linked with the Internet connection. All the computers are installed with following system: Windows7, Windows XP Professional OS, Windows 98, Windows 2003 advanced Server. Windows 2003 & 2007 professional along with Microsoft office 2003 & 2007 Package installed in all the computers. For security and anti-virus protection, computers are installed with AVG Anti-virus free software which is available free on the web.

In ICT Resource Centre equiped with audio visual aids for example LCD, OHP, Slide projector, TV, Tap Recorder, Radio, Charts, Models etc. are kept the pupil teachers came to know about the latest technical innovations their uses which are very beneficial in their teaching. These audio visual aids make their teaching effective.

Science Labs

Science Labs : The Institute has a science lab for different subjects (Maths, General Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics) which help in developing scientific attitude in pupil teachers behaviours. These are fully equipped with all the practical materials instruments. Science students not only go for practical work but also get the material issued for demonstration for practical work in class rooms during practice teaching of the lessions.

Psychology Lab

We have a Psychology lab in our college. It is equipped with various psychological tests for example- Personality test, intelligence test, creativity test, aptitude test Interest test etc. It is beneficial for pupil-teacher to understand the psychology of school children.

Social Studies Lab

Social Studies : The Institute has a social studies lab for different subjects (Geography, History, Civics etc) which help in developing scientific attitude in pupil teachers behaviours. These are fully equipped with all the practical materials instruments.

Language Learning lab

Language Learning lab: : The college has a versatile language lab. It is equipped with Charts, Models, Tap Recorder, CD’s, DVDs for improving presentation vocabulary, grammar. Composition.

Art & Craft Resource Centre

We have resource centre for art & craft. It is a unique source for learning, teaching and expression of art & crafts. It motivates the students towards art & craft. The students are develop their models, charts and other teaching material with provided resources as described in the teachers training programmes. In other words this centre motivates the students developing SUPW Resources. It may be prove a better collection for real life. It is also useful because the large number of girls students in the college.
